At Willow & Hill we pride ourselves on offering a personalised service, therefore all stages of the purchasing process are arranged with you directly, and based on your individual needs.

Please call, email, text, or WhatsApp us in order to express your interest, and preference for viewing, reserving, purchasing & collecting your chosen pieces of furniture.

Viewings

You are welcome to visit us in order to view any items you are interested in purchasing.
We will book you a specific viewing appointment on a mutually convenient day/time.

Reservations

You are welcome to reserve any items you are interested in purchasing, whereby we will agree to hold them for you for 14 days.
Reservation fees are set at 10% of the purchase price, they are non-refundable, but they are deducted from the price upon purchase, providing purchase is completed within 14 days of reservation.
We will book you a specific viewing appointment on a mutually convenient day/time within the 14 day reservation period.

Collection

You are welcome to visit us in order to collect any items you have purchased, or we will work with you to accommodate your courier.
We will book you a specific collection slot on a mutually convenient day/time.

Since moving to the countryside in 2024, we have been enjoying more of what nature has to offer. Whilst slowly renovating our home together, we have established Willow & Hill as our way of encompassing our love of nature, creativity and attention to detail. In doing so we are able to bring you unique pieces of furniture, each thoughtfully designed, to encourage more intentional nature-inspired living in your home.

Purchase

You are welcome to purchase any of our items by making a direct bank transfer, or by paying in cash on collection.
Any delivered furniture must be paid for by direct bank transfer in advance.

Payments

Bank details will be supplied at the point of purchase.

Deliveries

Any deliveries within the HP27 area will be charged at £20.

Any deliveries within a 20 mile radius of the HP27 area will be charged at £50.

Any deliveries beyond a 20 mile radius of the HP27 area will be priced individually.
